Sculpture That Sets the Tone for the Whole Site

A significant sculpture at an office entrance, hotel grounds or development frontage sets a tone for the whole site. We work with corporate clients, developers and hotel groups to select and place sculpture suited to the scale and character of a site, and manage the project from artist selection through to final installation.

This draws on the same capability behind our public art and commission work, including our management of the Kirra Sea Eagle restoration for the City of Gold Coast, applied to private commercial and development sites. We coordinate directly with architects, builders and project managers where sculpture forms part of a larger development or fit-out programme, and manage delivery, siting and installation as one service.

How a Placement Runs

1. Site & brief

Site plans, sightlines, brand and budget. We review access and ground conditions early.

2. Shortlist & mock-ups

Curated works or commission concepts, shown in place with dimensions and weights.

3. Engineering

Footing design, structural mounting and sign-off appropriate to the work and the site.

4. Install & handover

Transport, crane and installation coordinated with your builder, plus care notes on handover.

Corporate & Developer FAQs

Can you work within a development or fit-out programme?

Yes. We coordinate directly with your architect, builder and project manager, and schedule delivery and installation around the build.

Do you handle engineering and footings?

Yes. Larger works are installed on engineered footings with structural mounting appropriate to the site, and we arrange sign-off as part of the project.

Can a sculpture be commissioned for our site?

Yes. Many of our sculptors accept commissions, including new works, larger editions of existing pieces, and works in a finish that suits the architecture.

Which materials suit high-traffic commercial sites?

Bronze, 316 stainless steel and corten are all durable and low-maintenance. We recommend based on exposure, foot traffic, coastal conditions and the look of the building.
