Large Garden Sculpture Australia
A garden reaches a point where small work simply disappears. Against mature gums, established hedging or a long lawn, a piece under a metre reads as an ornament; at two metres and above it becomes the thing the garden is arranged around.
This collection holds every ARTpark garden work of 2 metres or more — corten steel that weathers to a deep rust and settles into planting, stainless steel that catches western light, cast bronze that takes on a patina over decades, and fabricated and powder-coated steel in strong colour.
Scale brings practical questions, and they are worth asking early: how the piece is seen on approach, whether it needs a footing, and how it gets onto site. Large work often requires a hiab or crane and clear access. ARTpark handles delivery and installation Australia-wide, and works directly with landscape architects and garden designers at the planning stage.
Every sculptor here takes commissions, so a work can frequently be made at a different height, finish or patina to suit a particular garden. Heights shown are the finished work.
Delivering to every mainland capital and regionally — see sculpture delivery & installation across Australia for freight, site access and footing requirements.
